At Hannah Louise Pet Services, we offer a complimentary key holding service. This ensures that during the whole of the service we provide you that access can be obtained to your pets, eliminating the need to rely on other family members or neighbors to let us in. Should you need an emergency visit or other service at short notice, it also alleviates the issue of getting into the property. All keys provided to Hannah Louise Pet Services are held in a secure key cabinet and given an individual tag so they cannot get confused with other client’s keys and we are also fully insured for any lost keys.

                There is no charge for key collection when provided at the first consultation meeting, however if you decide to give a key at a later date a fee will be charged for collection (cost detailed in price guide). When the service ends and the keys need to be returned, again there is no fee for a drop off service if you agree to the time and date set out by us (we do not post keys through the letter box on the last day of service unless instructed just in case problems arise and we need to extend the period), however if this does not suit and you wish to set your own date and time this will again be charged at a cost set out in the price guide.
